Tri-County — founded in 1964 and operating multiple locations including a 14-acre flagship in Pleasantville with a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse and showroom — will operate as part of US LBM’s Universal Supply Company; the JIAN Group acted as financial advisor to Tri-County.
