Livingstone Technologies has completed the acquisition of the Software Asset Management (SAM) business assets of New York-based Siwel Consulting, Inc., transferring Siwel's SAM staff and customers to Livingstone. The deal strengthens Livingstone's North American presence — with the New York operation serving as a regional headquarters — and bolsters its global SAM managed-services capability.
