Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. has agreed to acquire Senior Market Sales (SMS), a Nebraska-based insurance marketing organization focused on the senior market. The SMS team will join Alliant and continue operating under the SMS name from Omaha, expanding Alliant’s distribution of Medicare, travel insurance, and related health and wealth solutions; terms were not disclosed.
