The deal combines complementary telematics portfolios to create one of Europe’s largest telematics players by subscriptions and expands ABAX’s capability and geographic coverage.

The acquisition brings Digital Fleet's product suite and team into Command Alkon's Command Cloud ecosystem to expand fleet management capabilities, improve visibility and logistics for materials producers, and scale Digital Fleet's solutions globally.

Axcel Acquires Carousel Logistics from Livingbridge to Combine with DANX A/S

Danish private equity firm Axcel has agreed to acquire UK-based Carousel Logistics from Livingbridge and will combine Carousel with Danish logistics operator DANX A/S to create a pan‑European time‑critical logistics platform. Carousel, headquartered in Sittingbourne, UK, operates the Gateway technology platform, serves over 200 blue‑chip OEM customers across multiple end markets and had c.213 employees at the time of the sale.
