The acquisition expands Execupay and Vensure's HR/payroll service capabilities and industry-focused offerings, notably for hospitality companies and medical practices.

CBIZ Acquires BeyondPay, Inc.

The acquisition adds ~40 employees and ~$4.6 million in annual revenue to CBIZ's HR and payroll capabilities to accelerate growth in its Centrally HR practice.

iSolved HCM Acquires Sage Payroll Solutions (U.S. payroll outsourcing business)

SilverCreek founder Rebecca Light will join PayrHealth as President of Revenue Cycle Management to lead the combined RCM division; the deal strengthens PayrHealth's RCM capabilities and establishes a platform for further tuck-in acquisitions.
