Cboe Global Markets acquired the assets of Silexx Financial Systems, a Sarasota, Florida-based developer of a multi-asset order and execution management system (OEMS). The acquisition is intended to expand Cboe's multi-asset trading, data and analytics capabilities and provide customers with an additional OEMS channel and access to more global markets.
