EverQuote, Inc. (Nasdaq: EVER) has completed its acquisition of PolicyFuel, LLC, a provider of policy-sales-as-a-service (PSaaS) for property and casualty insurers. The acquisition expands EverQuote's direct-to-consumer agency capabilities into P&C PSaaS—adding dedicated advisor teams, complementing call center operations, and opening access to commission-based revenue streams. As part of the integration EverQuote granted inducement equity awards to newly hired employees from PolicyFuel.
