Hull Street Energy Acquires Foundation Solar Partners

Hull Street Energy acquired the management team and development pipeline of Foundation Solar Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based utility-scale solar developer. The deal adds Foundation's ~1 GW of sold projects in the PJM territory to Hull Street's growing portfolio of power generation and development assets, expanding the firm's renewable development capabilities in the eastern United States.

The deal expands IPS's renewables offering—adding distribution, engineering, repair and manufacturing capabilities to support utility-scale wind power, particularly in West Texas.

Morgan Stanley Energy Partners Invests in SolMicroGrid

Shell Acquires Inspire Clean Energy

The acquisition is intended to accelerate Inspire’s ability to scale residential access to renewable energy in the U.S. and to expand Shell’s business-to-consumer renewable power offerings and digital capabilities.

Right Time Group of Companies Acquires Shines Energy Incorporated

Right Time Group of Companies, a Canadian residential HVAC platform majority-owned by Gryphon Investors, has acquired Dartmouth, Nova Scotia-based Shines Energy Incorporated. The acquisition — Right Time's 19th — expands the company's footprint into Eastern Canada; terms were not disclosed and Shines' management and employees will join Right Time.
