Netsurit, a global managed service provider, has acquired Cyber City, a New York–based cloud services and cybersecurity MSP, to expand its US presence and strengthen its managed security and cloud capabilities. Financial terms were not disclosed; Cyber City partner and CEO Dean Lentz will join Netsurit's leadership as part of the deal.
