Signant Health has acquired VirTrial, a Scottsdale-based provider of telemedicine and virtual site monitoring software for clinical trials, from private equity owner Kinderhook Industries. The acquisition expands Signant Health's digital clinical-trial capabilities by adding VirTrial's virtual-visit, secure video/chat, connected device and virtual site monitoring solutions to Signant's evidence-generation technology stack.
