Imprivata has acquired SecureLink, a provider of critical privileged-access management solutions, with Imprivata receiving an additional strategic investment from its sponsor Thoma Bravo to fund the deal. Cove Hill Partners, SecureLink's existing majority investor, will retain a minority stake in the combined company.
