Pasteur Labs Acquires FOSAI

Pasteur Labs has acquired FOSAI, a specialist provider of space systems and autonomy solutions, to accelerate deployment of its AI-driven Simulation Intelligence Platform into aerospace and defense applications. The deal combines Pasteur’s physics-AI simulation technology with FOSAI’s systems-integration expertise for mission-critical and dual-use government and commercial programs; financial terms were not disclosed.
