ID Technologies, an Acacia Group company, has acquired Attila Security, a Maryland-based developer of the GoSilent Platform and hardware encryptors used by U.S. federal government customers. The deal integrates Attila's product IP and customers into ID Technologies' Archon secure solutions division to expand its CSfC and ultra-secure remote access capabilities.

CACI International Acquires SA Photonics

T2S Solutions Acquires Flexitech Aerospace

MiddleGround Capital Acquires Attala Steel Industries as Add-on to EDSCO Fasteners

MiddleGround Capital acquired Attala Steel Industries, a manufacturer of steel foundation products for utility‑scale solar, and will integrate the business with its existing portfolio company EDSCO Fasteners. Attala, headquartered in Kosciusko, Mississippi with an additional facility in Hillsboro, Texas, will continue operating under its management with founder Billy Atwood remaining an investor and board member while Kevin Heskett is expected to lead the combined business.

Artemis Capital Partners Acquires Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corporation

Boston-based private equity firm Artemis Capital Partners has acquired Diamond Antenna and Microwave Corporation, a Littleton, Massachusetts developer and manufacturer of high-reliability RF rotary joints and rotating subsystems for aerospace, defense and space applications. Artemis says Diamond will continue to operate independently from its Littleton facilities and that the firm plans to invest in technical capabilities to deepen Diamond's offerings to prime integrators and government customers.

Digital Force Technologies Acquires Adelos, Inc.

Digital Force Technologies (DFT) acquired Adelos, Inc., a Polson, Montana-based developer of fiber-optic surveillance and sensor systems, from majority owner S&K Technologies. The acquisition brings Adelos's sensor IP and Phosonic system capabilities into DFT's portfolio to expand its advanced sensing and surveillance offerings for defense and national security customers.
