Babylon has completed its acquisition of DayToDay Health to integrate DayToDay's digital-first pre- and post-operative care programs and clinical services into Babylon's value-based care offering. DayToDay, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boston, will join Babylon's team to scale its platform and leverage Babylon's AI and virtual clinical operations to improve recovery outcomes and reduce rehospitalizations.
