LongWater Opportunities Acquires XCaliber Container

Dallas-based private equity firm LongWater Opportunities has acquired XCaliber Container, a Graham, Texas manufacturer of shipping containers and custom-fabricated container structures. XCaliber — founded by Justin Shubert and Brent Isom and serving residential, commercial and storage markets across the Midwest — will be LongWater's first investment from its flagship third institutional fund to support growth and operational scaling.
