KKR Acquires Majority Stake in Contabo; Oakley Capital Retains Minority via Fund V

KKR has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Contabo, the Munich-based cloud hosting provider, while Oakley Capital’s Fund V will take a minority position as Oakley Capital Fund IV exits. The transaction positions Contabo to accelerate growth—including further acquisitions—and builds on its global footprint of 24 data centres and more than 250,000 customers.
