The acquisition adds about 53 employees and 46 operating units, strengthens Warrior's vacuum-truck and remediation capabilities, and will keep Lobo operating under its existing brand from yards in Hobbs and Artesia, New Mexico.

Parkland Corporation Acquires Lynch Oil Assets in Idaho

Parkland Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiaries (Parkland USA), entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Lynch Oil and certain affiliates. The asset purchase adds over 180 million litres of annual fuel sales and multiple retail and supply assets in southern and central Idaho, strengthening Parkland's convenience retail network and regional supply position.
