Prime Technological Services, a Suwanee, Georgia-based electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, has acquired TeligentEMS, an EMS and PCB assembly provider operating two manufacturing facilities near Tallahassee, Florida. The deal expands Prime's manufacturing capabilities—including RF manufacturing and test—and strengthens its Southeast U.S. footprint to better serve aerospace, defense, medical and industrial OEM customers.
