Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has completed its acquisition of Bradley Air Services Limited, which operates as Canadian North, for a purchase price of $205 million (subject to adjustments), with $10 million paid in common shares. The acquisition expands EIC’s northern route network and infrastructure—adding passenger, cargo and charter services across 24 Arctic communities—and excludes the Montreal–Kuujjuaq route, which remains with vendor Makivik Corporation.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has acquired Hansen Industries Ltd., a Richmond, British Columbia-based precision metal fabricator, for a purchase price of $42.5 million funded by $4.5 million in EIC common shares and $38 million in cash. The acquisition expands EIC's west coast metal fabrication capabilities (sheet metal, machining and stamping) and complements its existing operations in B.C., including Overlanders.

Exchange Income Corporation Acquires BVGlazing Systems

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) agreed to acquire BVGlazing Systems Ltd. for a purchase price of $95 million, funded with $23 million of common shares and $72 million of cash from its credit facility. The acquisition, an add-on to EIC’s Quest Window Systems platform, expands EIC’s building envelope capabilities by adding curtain wall and railing systems and strengthens its North American coverage; the deal closed following Competition Act approval in April 2023.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has acquired MnM Aircraft Component Holdings, Inc. ("MACH 2") for US$43 million, funded with US$9 million in EIC common shares to the vendor and US$34 million drawn on its credit facility. MACH 2 will operate as a subsidiary of EIC's Regional One platform, accelerating Regional One's expansion into the commercial aviation aftermarket by adding MACH 2's commercial USM expertise, inventory and customer relationships.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) acquired Northern Mat & Bridge for an enterprise value of C$325 million, purchasing the leading Canadian temporary access solutions provider from TriWest Capital Partners. The deal expands EIC's manufacturing/services portfolio with an environmentally focused, asset-backed business headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, and was funded with a mix of cash and issuance of EIC common shares.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) has acquired Quebec-based sawmill Armand Duhamel & Fils Inc. for $19 million (up to $22 million subject to post-closing targets). The deal (funded with $3 million of EIC common shares and $16 million of cash) will fold Duhamel into EIC's Northern Mat platform to expand its Environmental Access Solutions presence in Quebec and Eastern Canada; co-owner Guillaume Gonthier will remain as President.
