Resource Label Group, a portfolio company of Ares Management Corporation, has acquired StickerGiant.com, Inc., a Longmont, Colorado-based e-commerce custom sticker and label manufacturer. Terms were not disclosed; StickerGiant will continue to operate under its brand with manufacturing remaining in Longmont as an add-on to Resource Label's label and packaging platform to expand digital short-run and e-commerce capabilities.

Graphic Label, headquartered in Yakima, Washington, provides AIDC consumables, hardware, software and on-site services primarily to the food & beverage market — the add-on expands Peak's geographic reach into the Pacific Northwest, strengthens on-site service and label capabilities, and creates cross-selling opportunities.

Images, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, has acquired Digital Printing Concepts, Multi-Action Communications, and Valley Forge Tape & Label to more than double the size of the platform and expand its manufacturing footprint across the U.S. and Canada. The add-on transactions (terms undisclosed) expand IDI’s product capabilities in durable, track-and-trace, and pressure-sensitive labels and add multiple production sites serving food & beverage, healthcare, grocery and logistics end markets.

River Associates Investments completed the acquisition of ID Label, Inc., a Lake Villa, Illinois-based manufacturer of variable-information barcode labels and warehouse signage. The transaction closed on November 15, 2024; River funded the buyout from its eighth fund (River VIII) and will operate ID Label as a platform with plans to pursue complementary add-on acquisitions.
