CRH Acquires Ary Corporation

CRH has acquired Ary Corporation, a Canon City, Colorado–based provider of aggregates, asphalt and ready-mix concrete, expanding CRH's Americas Materials Solutions footprint in Colorado and the western U.S. Ary brings more than 25 sand and gravel locations, multiple asphalt plants and nine ready-mix concrete plants plus paving and construction services to CRH's network.

CRH Acquires BoDean Company Inc. and Northgate Ready Mix

Heidelberg Materials North America Acquires Carver Sand & Gravel

Heidelberg Materials North America has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Carver Sand & Gravel, the largest aggregates producer in the Albany, New York area. The deal includes four quarries, three sand and gravel pits, a trucking business, two asphalt plants, roughly 70 million metric tons of reserves and about 200 employees, and is positioned as a bolt-on to expand Heidelberg's footprint in the New York market.

Heidelberg Materials North America Acquires Green Drop Rock Products

Heidelberg Materials North America has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Green Drop Rock Products, an independent aggregates producer with a high-capacity plant in Cochrane, Alberta. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Heidelberg's aggregates reserves and integrated footprint in the Greater Calgary market and is expected to close on September 1, 2023.

CRH plc Acquires Majority Stake in Adbri Ltd

CRH plc has completed a Scheme of Arrangement to acquire the remaining 57% of Adbri Ltd not owned by Barro Group, securing a majority stake in the Australian building materials group. The transaction positions CRH to expand its Australian footprint and integrate Adbri's cement, lime, concrete and masonry capabilities into its global building-products platform.
