Traditions Health, LLC, a Texas-based hospice and home health provider, has acquired two regional hospice providers — Faith Hospice of Oklahoma and Embrace Hospice of Georgia (previously part of Diversified Health Care) — expanding Traditions' footprint into Oklahoma and Georgia across a combined ten locations. The acquisitions broaden Traditions' hospice and home health capacity and allow it to provide care to a larger patient base in the Southeast and Midwest.
