Resilience Capital Partners Acquires Systron Donner Inertial

Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, has acquired Concord, California–headquartered Systron Donner Inertial, a maker of quartz MEMS (QMEMS) gyroscopes, accelerometers and inertial navigation products for aerospace and defense applications. Terms were not disclosed; Resilience said the acquisition strengthens its platform in niche manufacturing and positions Systron Donner to capture growth in inertial sensing markets.

VIAVI Solutions Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire Inertial Labs, Inc. for $150 million in initial consideration with up to $175 million of contingent consideration over four years. The acquisition broadens VIAVI’s product capabilities in positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) and accelerates its entry into aerospace, defense and autonomous industrial end markets; it is expected to add about $50 million in NSE revenue in 2025 and be EPS-accretive within 12 months.
