Smart Source, a brand management BPO and technology provider, has acquired the majority of assets of Superior Business Solutions, a third-generation document management and print/promotional products provider based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The deal expands Smart Source's Midwest footprint and provides Superior with access to Smart Source's technology, operations and M&A resources to accelerate growth and customer service capabilities.

Palladium Equity Partners Acquires Superior Environmental Solutions

Palladium Equity Partners has acquired Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) from Rosewood Private Investments. SES, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, provides industrial and environmental services including emergency response, hydro-blasting, vacuum truck services, product destruction, recycling and waste disposal across more than 25 locations and employs over 500 people; Palladium said it will partner with SES management to pursue organic and inorganic growth in a fragmented market.

Grand Rapids-based private equity firm Auxo Investment Partners acquired SOS Manufacturing, a Roberts, Wisconsin-based custom wire harness and cable assembly manufacturer. The deal is Auxo's fourth add-on to its growing wire harness and cable manufacturing platform and will expand the platform's capabilities (including work relevant to supercomputing), while SOS's management will remain in place.
