Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. has completed the previously announced merger to acquire Bluegreen Vacations Holding Corporation, making Bluegreen an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of HGV. Under the merger terms, each outstanding share of Bluegreen Class A and Class B common stock was canceled and converted into the right to receive $75.00 in cash; Bluegreen's public trading was suspended.

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. completed the previously disclosed all-cash acquisition of Bluegreen Vacations for approximately $1.5 billion inclusive of net debt. The deal adds roughly 200,000 members, expands HGV's resort portfolio to nearly 200 properties across new geographies and states, and is expected to be adjusted free cash flow accretive with about $100 million of run-rate cost synergies within 24 months.

Blueground Raises $45M Series D Led by Susquehanna Private Equity Investments

Blueground, a New York–headquartered operator of furnished, flexible rentals for 30+ day stays, raised $45 million in a Series D round with new investor Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, LLLP and participation from WestCap. The company also secured a debt facility from Barclays (with participation from Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and HSBC) to accelerate technology development and strategic initiatives including franchising and its Partner Network.

Havenly plans to integrate the majority of Burrow’s team and keep Burrow’s retail locations open while leveraging cross-brand distribution and shared e‑commerce capabilities to expand reach and product distribution.
