Frasers Group Acquires Matches (Matchesfashion) from Apax Partners

Frasers Group has acquired luxury e-tailer Matches (formerly Matchesfashion) from private equity firm Apax Partners for £52 million (around $63 million). Frasers said the deal will strengthen its luxury offering and unlock synergies; Matches CEO Nick Beighton will remain in place.
