Huizenga Group Automation Acquires Adaptek Systems and API Alliance

Huizenga Group Automation, part of the privately held Huizenga Group, has acquired Fort Wayne, Indiana-based Adaptek Systems and API Alliance. The transactions add an automation systems design/build firm and an electronics/electro-mechanical manufacturer to Huizenga Group Automation's platform to expand capabilities and support larger projects across automotive, medical, pharmaceutical and consumer end markets.
