Ryerson Acquires Apogee Steel Fabrication

Ryerson Holding Corporation acquired substantially all of the assets of Apogee Steel Fabrication Incorporated, a Mississauga-based sheet metal fabricator, expanding Ryerson’s value-added processing and fabrication capabilities in Canada. The acquisition strengthens Ryerson’s network of service centers and adds shearing, punching, forming, laser cutting, welding and assembly capabilities to its full-service fabrication offering.
