Bowman Acquires Fabre Engineering, Inc.

Bowman (NASDAQ: BWMN) has acquired Fabre Engineering, Inc., a Pensacola, Florida–based civil engineering and land surveying firm founded in 1981. The deal, financed with cash and seller financing, is expected to be immediately accretive and to contribute approximately $1.5 million of annualized net service billing while expanding Bowman’s Gulf Coast presence and service capabilities.

(Bowman) has acquired SEI Engineering, LLC (operating as SEI Professional Services), a Paonia, Colorado-based provider of engineering, design and commissioning services for utility and commercial-scale solar and battery storage projects. The deal, financed with cash and seller notes, is expected to add approximately $1.5 million of annualized net service billing and strengthen Bowman's renewable energy planning, engineering and commissioning capabilities.

The acquired firm (over 80 employees) will join Bowman to expand the company's public sector infrastructure presence in California and is expected to contribute roughly $10 million of annualized net service billing.

Bowman Consulting Acquires Excellence Engineering, LLC

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Tulsa-based Excellence Engineering, LLC, a multi-discipline engineering firm serving petrochemical, hydrogen, industrial and electric vehicle industries. The deal (expected to close in early October 2023) will bring Excellence's staff into Bowman and is financed with cash, seller notes and equity; Bowman said the acquisition is immediately accretive and will initially operate at an annualized net service billing run rate of about $4.0 million.
