DermCare Management (Hildred Capital) Adds Three Dermatology Practices

DermCare Management, a portfolio company of Hildred Capital Management, completed three add-on acquisitions in Q4 2022: ADF Dermatology (Sarasota, FL), Advanced Dermatology, PA (Jacksonville, FL) and First OC Dermatology (Fountain Valley/Irvine, CA). The deals expand DermCare’s footprint in Florida and California and contribute to a milestone year in which the platform added 11 practices (24 locations) and now manages 65 practice locations.

Dresner Partners advised Absolute Aesthetics on the sale; financial terms were not disclosed. The deal expands DermCare's footprint in aesthetic and dermatology services as it continues to scale its multi-practice platform.

Gemini Investors Recapitalizes Twenty First Century Health Care Consultants and Invests in The Bear Group
