H.I.G. Capital Acquires SkinCure Oncology

H.I.G. Capital, through an affiliate, completed the acquisition of SkinCure Oncology Intermediate LLC, a Burr Ridge, Illinois–headquartered provider of image-guided superficial radiation therapy (IG-SRT) for nonmelanoma skin cancer. SkinCure's executive team, led by CEO Kerwin Brandt, will remain in place and significant shareholders; Marathon Asset Management provided a senior-secured credit facility to finance the transaction. The investment aims to support expansion of the GentleCure platform across existing and new dermatology and Mohs practice partners nationwide.
