Emerald Publishing Limited has acquired the majority of Thomas Telford Limited’s (the commercial arm of the Institution of Civil Engineers) book catalogue (excluding the NEC Guides), all journal titles and related publishing assets. The Institution of Civil Engineers will licence the ICE Publishing brand and collaborate with Emerald to continue publication of the civil and environmental engineering titles.
