B4 Investimenti and a group of industry executives led by Roberto Bartolena have completed a recapitalization investment in GWC Valve International, with GWC shareholders retaining a significant ownership stake. GWC will maintain US and Chinese operations and move its headquarters to a new facility in Milan, Italy to better serve its international oil & gas customer base and fund future growth initiatives.
