Kingswood Acquires Four UK Financial Advisory Firms for £22.9m

Kingswood has agreed terms to acquire four bolt-on advisory firms — Joseph R Lamb Independent Financial Advisers Ltd, Allotts Financial Services Limited (AFS), AIM Wealth Holdings Limited (AIM) and DJ Cooke Limited — for a combined purchase price of £22.9m. The acquisitions expand Kingswood's geographical footprint across England, add advisory headcount and increase assets under administration to approximately £9.1bn serving over 19,500 active UK clients.

Kingswood Holdings Acquires Admiral Wealth Management Limited

Kingswood Holdings, with backing from Pollen Street Capital, has agreed to acquire Admiral Wealth Management Limited for £4.0m subject to regulatory approval. The deal expands Kingswood's advisory team and client base — increasing assets under advice/management to £6.2bn and adding ~600 clients and £100m AUA from Admiral, a seven-person IFA based in North Lincolnshire.

Kingswood Holdings Acquires Sterling Trust

Sterling Trust is a regional UK wealth manager with about £1.2bn AUM and c.£2.5m run-rate EBITDA; the deal (the third to be funded by Pollen Street Capital) expands Kingswood's regional footprint and adds scale to its wealth management platform.

Kingswood U.S. Acquires Nashville-based Eudaimonia Partners and Eudaimonia Advisors

The deal, which closed Sept. 1, 2024, expands Kingswood's presence in the southeastern U.S., adds scale to its RIA business and provides access to Eudaimonia's turnkey asset management platform.

Kingswood Holdings Acquires Regency Investment Services

Kingswood Holdings Limited has acquired Regency Investment Services Limited for a total consideration of £3.45 million, subject to regulatory approval. The deal, funded in part through convertible preference shares subscribed by HSQ Investment Limited (linked to Pollen Street Capital), increases Kingswood's client-facing advisory team and brings approximately £320m of AUA/AUM and ~1,000 clients into the group.

Kingswood Acquires JCH Investment Management and Employee Benefit Solutions
