Kinderhook Recapitalizes Compactor Rentals of America

Space City Services Acquires TIBC Rentals and Transportation

(Nasdaq: WSC) has closed the acquisition of Canadian storage services provider Storstac Inc., funded with cash on hand and borrowings under its revolving credit facility. The purchase adds more than 1,100 storage units to WillScot Mobile Mini's footprint in the greater Toronto area and strengthens its rental operations and local capabilities.
