EVI Industries, Inc. (NYSE American: EVI) executed and completed a definitive agreement to acquire Lakeland, Florida–based Laundry Pro of Florida, Inc., a distributor of commercial laundry equipment that also provides installation and maintenance services. The acquisition — EVI's 27th overall and 11th in the Southeast — expands EVI's market share in Florida and is expected to be accretive to results; consideration was paid in cash.

Seaport Capital Acquires Linen King from Cimarron Healthcare Capital

Linen King Acquires Ooltewah Laundry Processing Facility from Angelica

Linen King, a Seaport Capital portfolio company, acquired a laundry processing facility in Ooltewah, Tennessee from Angelica. The acquisition adds ~25 million pounds of processing capacity, expands Linen King’s network to seven facilities, and extends its service footprint into southeast states including Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Kentucky.
