Incline Equity Partners Acquires Brown & Joseph from LaSalle Capital

Pittsburgh-based private equity firm Incline Equity Partners has acquired Brown & Joseph, a commercial accounts receivable management and collections firm headquartered in Itasca, Illinois. The transaction is a buyout of LaSalle Capital's portfolio company; Brown & Joseph's CEO Mark Schabel will remain in place and Incline plans to expand capabilities, enter new markets and pursue add-on acquisitions.
