Lumine Group Acquires TransMedia Dynamics

Lumine Group, a communications and media software acquirer within the Volaris/Constellation ecosystem, has completed the acquisition of TransMedia Dynamics (TMD), a provider of content supply chain and media asset management software. TMD will operate autonomously under Lumine, leveraging Lumine's resources to accelerate its cloud-native content supply chain platform while continuing to serve global broadcast, media, archive and government customers.

Orion Energy Systems Acquires Stay-Lite Lighting

Orion Energy Systems, a publicly traded provider of energy-efficient LED lighting and maintenance solutions, acquired Stay-Lite Lighting, a nationwide lighting and electrical maintenance service provider. The deal adds Stay-Lite's self-performing capabilities across 15 states, established retail customer relationships and about $9 million in annual revenue to accelerate growth of Orion's Maintenance Services business.

Volaris Group Acquires Sunrise Software

Lumine Group, a division of Volaris Group, has completed the acquisition of Neural Technologies Ltd, a UK-based provider of revenue protection, signalling, machine learning and AI software for telecom operators. The transaction strengthens Lumine’s communications and media software portfolio by adding Neural’s revenue assurance, fraud management and ML/AI capabilities as an add-on to its existing platform.
