nVent Acquires WBT LLC Cable Tray Business

nVent Electric plc acquired substantially all of the assets of WBT LLC, a U.S.-based cable tray manufacturer. The asset purchase brings WBT's cable tray product line and ~40 employees (Centralia, IL and Chandler, AZ) into nVent's Electrical & Fastening Solutions segment to complement the nVent CADDY offering and broaden pathway and cable management solutions for data center, commercial and industrial customers.
