Pinnacle Fertility has acquired IVF1, a Naperville, Illinois-based fertility clinic founded by Dr. Randy S. Morris. IVF1 — which operates three Chicagoland locations and an ambulatory surgery center offering IVF, FET and genetic testing services — will join Pinnacle's physician-centric fertility care platform; Dresner Partners advised IVF1 on the sale. Financial terms were not disclosed.
