Axim, headquartered in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, operates about 340 employees across four offices and provides enterprise GIS, cloud-managed services, surveying and mapping, and geospatial analytics.

(NV5) has agreed to acquire GIS Solutions, Inc., a Springfield, Illinois–based provider of enterprise GIS application development, cloud database design, data science, and project management services for state departments of transportation and utilities. The deal, paid with a combination of cash and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5 and expands NV5’s geospatial and cloud-managed data capabilities.

IK Investment Partners Acquires Majority Stake in GeoDynamics

IK Investment Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund has agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics from Sofindev and the company's management team. GeoDynamics, a Kortrijk-based SaaS provider of location-based fleet and mobile workforce management software, will continue to be led by founders Peter Vermeesch and Stijn Stragier who will reinvest alongside IK as the company pursues expansion beyond Belgium.

RMA Companies Acquires HydroGEOPHYSICS, Inc.

The transaction expands RMA's Subsurface Imaging Division by adding HGI's advanced 2D/3D/4D geophysical capabilities to support mining, environmental remediation, dam/waterway, and energy projects.

GEOLOG Acquires Quad Ltd and QO Inc.

GEOLOG International B.V. acquired Quad Ltd and QO Inc., integrating Quad’s wellsite geology, pore pressure and fracture gradient analysis capabilities into GEOLOG’s global wellsite geosciences and drilling support services. The bolt-on deal strengthens GEOLOG’s technical capabilities and global service delivery across complex drilling environments; terms were not disclosed.
