Electrical Components International (ECI) has acquired BHC Cable Assemblies, a Burlington, Ontario-based manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and electromechanical assemblies serving medical, aerospace, renewable energy and entertainment markets. BHC will continue to be led by its current management and operate from its two Burlington facilities as part of ECI's strategy to expand capabilities and presence in high-value, high-growth end markets.
