Reclamation Technologies USA Acquires NoVent Refrigerant Services

Reclamation Technologies USA, LLC (RTI), a joint venture of Heritage Environmental Services and Fielding Environmental, has acquired NoVent Refrigerant Services, Inc., an EPA-certified refrigerant service provider based in Tampa, Florida. The acquisition expands RTI's refrigerant recovery and reclamation footprint in the Southeast, particularly in the Florida market, and brings NoVent's local customer relationships and service capabilities into RTI's national platform.

Ricoh Acquires MTI Technology to Expand IT Services in EMEA
