Core & Main Acquires Earthsavers Erosion Control

Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM) has acquired substantially all of the assets of Earthsavers Erosion Control, LLC, a California-based producer and distributor of geosynthetic erosion control products. The deal expands Core & Main's geosynthetics and erosion-control capabilities in northern California and the western U.S., and brings Earthsavers' Woodland/Petaluma-based team and facilities into Core & Main's distribution network.

The acquisition adds two Chicago‑metro locations and manufacturing capability to Core & Main’s national distribution platform, expanding its geosynthetics and erosion-control product offering to municipal and contractor customers.

MKB Company Acquires Enviroscape

MKB Company, a national provider of stormwater management and erosion control solutions, has acquired Enviroscape, a Deshler, Ohio-based manufacturer of straw, coconut and excelsior erosion control blankets. The acquisition expands MKB's manufacturing capacity and product portfolio and will operate Enviroscape as part of the MKB platform with ongoing investment in people, processes and technology.

Eastern Supply, headquartered in Virginia with locations in Winchester, VA and Greencastle, PA, is a distributor of storm drainage products with custom fabrication capabilities that will expand Core & Main’s waterworks product and fabrication footprint in the Northeast.
