Vision33 has acquired the iDocuments product suite and the contracts of all related staff from UK-based software publisher Synantix. The acquisition expands Vision33’s automation and ERP integration capabilities for SME customers, and Vision33 plans to invest in growing iDocuments’ UK customer base and bring the solutions to its global marketplace.
