Genstar Capital Acquires Sonny's Enterprises from Sentinel Capital Partners

Genstar Capital has acquired Sonny's Enterprises, the global leader in conveyorized car wash equipment, chemicals, controls, service and parts, in a transaction that marks Sentinel Capital Partners' exit from the business. Genstar said it will partner with Sonny's management to grow the company organically and through strategic acquisitions; Owl Rock Capital provided committed debt financing for the deal.
