PCB, a Depew, New York–based manufacturer of piezoelectric sensors and transducers with ~1,168 employees, expands MTS's sensors portfolio and creates cross-selling and margin-improvement opportunities across MTS's Test and Sensors segments.

Amphenol Corporation Acquires Halo Technology Limited

Halo, headquartered in Tustin, California, is a manufacturer of active and passive fiber optic interconnect components serving IT and data communications, mobile networks and broadband markets, with expected 2021 sales of roughly $250 million.

Perimeter Solutions Acquires Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) for $685M

Perimeter Solutions, Inc. completed the acquisition of Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC (MMT) from Arcline Investment Management for approximately $685 million in cash. The deal was financed with cash on hand and proceeds from a senior secured notes offering; MMT supplies engineered machinery and aftermarket consumables for minimally invasive medical device manufacturing, with roughly half of its revenue from aftermarket sales.

Kamet Precision Machining & Assembly Acquires MT Systems, Inc.

Kamet Precision Machining & Assembly has acquired MT Systems, Inc., a Milpitas, California-based manufacturer of chemical platforms and wet sub-systems for substrate and wafer processing. The acquisition expands Kamet's capabilities from component manufacturing to systems manufacturing, supports its 'Made in America' strategy and adds MT Systems' 30-person engineering and manufacturing team to Kamet's U.S. footprint.

Applied Technical Services Acquires Amphion Analytical Engineering

Applied Technical Services (ATS) has purchased substantially all of the assets of Amphion Analytical Engineering, P.A., a Charlotte-based engineering and analytical services firm. The acquisition adds API certifications, additional licensed Professional Engineers and mechanical integrity capabilities to ATS, and expands ATS's presence in the tire manufacturing, chemical, and pharmaceutical end markets; the new team will be led by Mark Ellis.
