CloudNine, a Crest Rock Partners-backed eDiscovery software provider, acquired ESI Analyst to integrate modern-data forensic and analytics capabilities (mobile, chat, social, text, computer activity, financial data) into its platform. ESI Analyst founder Trent Livingston joined CloudNine as Chief Technology Officer as part of the transaction, which is an add-on to the Crest Rock-backed CloudNine platform to expand product capability for law firms, corporate legal teams, government and service providers.
