Pioneer Square Brands (PSB), parent of Brenthaven, Gumdrop, and TechShell, has acquired VAULT, a designer and manufacturer of mobile device enclosures, kiosks, and integrated charging/payment solutions. The acquisition expands PSB's hardware and manufacturing capabilities and extends its product offering into new end markets including retail, restaurants, manufacturing, and healthcare. Terms were not disclosed.

OneDigital Acquires Custom Benefit Plans and Annuity Vault to Expand General Agency Platform

OneDigital has acquired Custom Benefit Plans, Inc. (CBP) and Annuity Vault, Inc., two Willow Grove, Pennsylvania-based general agencies, to deepen its national general agency capabilities. The deal expands OneDigital’s Medicare, ACA and annuity offerings and brings CBP’s team and Annuity Vault’s annuity distribution capabilities onto OneDigital’s Kistler Tiffany Benefits general agency platform.
