Sarnova (Cardio Partners) Acquires Allied 100

Sarnova, through its Cardio Partners business and with USD 210m equity funding from Patricia Industries, has acquired Allied 100 and will combine it with Cardio Partners to form a new Sudden Cardiac Arrest solutions unit. The add-on transaction (total consideration ~USD 290m) expands Sarnova's AED product, training and program-management capabilities for professional and civilian first responder markets.
